Returns & Exchanges
- Due to Covid-19, we are not accepting returns at this current time. However, due to certain circumstances you may be eligible for merchandise credit. If a store merchandise credit is needed, please contact us so we can start the review process.
- To receive a store credit, please email us a photo of your damaged item(s) along with brief message of your issue.
- All items are inspected before entering our Virginia shop facility then inspected again before shipping to our customers. Photos taken before shipment.
- If damages occur during transit, please contact the carrier to start a claim on your damaged item(s).
- After your case has been reviewed, we will contact you back via email with our decision on your store merchandise credit amount.
